LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HENRY C.GOODWIN,of North Franklin Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,declare this to be my last Will,and revoke
II any Will previously made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable
after my decease.
SECOND:I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate,of
every nature and wherever situate,in equal one-sixth (1/6th)
shares,to my children,Lena G.Knestrick,Helen G.Diamond,
Homer C.Goodwin,Donald J.Goodwin and Jean G.Mesta,and my
granddaughter,Margaret G.Emery.
THIRD:I appoint my son,Donald J.Goodwin,and my daughter,
Jean G.Mesta,Executors of this my last Will,and I direct that
they shall not be required to give bond for the faithful perform-
ance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
