Know all men by these presents
That I,Jacob Bitzer,of the Borough of
Bentleyville,IJashington County,Pennsylvania,being
o~sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and
publish this my last VJill and testament,hereby rev-
oking and making void all former \/ills by me at any
time heretofore made.
And first,I direct that my funeral be conducted
in manner corresponding with my estate and situation
in life and that my body be interred in my burial lot
in llegheny Cemetery and that there shall be erected
at my grave a headstone similar to that marking the grave
of my deceased wife.I further direct that all my just
debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied
as soon as conveniently be after my decease.
AS to such estate as it hath pleased Dod to intrust
me with,I dispose of the same as follows,viz:
I give,devise and bequeath to my childred,namely,
lbert G.Bitzer,George H.Bitzer,William o.Bitzer
and Mrs Anna Potter all my estate of what-so-ever kind
in equal shares,except that in such division my said
childred shall be severally charged with such loans or
advancements as I may have given them.
I have advanced to my son vJilliam O.Bitzer ~lOOO.OO
One thousand dollars which I wish to be deducted from his
share.

A.D.1929.
Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint,my son
George H.Bitzer and my daughter Anna Potter executors
of this my last \/ill and Testament.
In Witness whereof,I Jacob Bitzer have to this,
my Will,set my hand and seal,this 12th day of September
