I,RAMONA GONZALEZ,widow,of the Borough of Donora,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament
and revoke any and all writings by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:In the event my daughter,Josephine A.Rodriguez,shall survive me
I devise and bequeath,my homestead real estate situate at 114 Eleventh Street,
Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,or any other home which may be my
principal place of abode at my death,together with all household goods and furnish-
ings therein,to my daughter,Josephine A.Rodriguez,without liability for waste
for and during the term of her natural life so long as she desires to use such
premises as a home and pays all costs of maintenance thereof,including taxes,
assessments,insurance and ordinary repairs,said property to be insured in a rea-
sonable amount insuring the interest of the remaindermen as well as herself.
Upon the death of my daughter or at such prior time as she no longer
uses said premises as a home for herself,I direct that same be sold and the net
proceeds be distributed so that my daughter,if she is then living,receive the
sum of $1,500.00 and the balance to be divided equally among my children:
Josephine A.Rodriguez,Joseph Gonzalez,Gabriel Gonzalez,Manuel Gonzalez
Everett Gonzalez,Frank Gonzalez and Herman Gonzalez.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give,devise and
bequeath in equal shares to my children:Josephine A.Rodriguez,Joseph Gonzalez,
Gabriel Gonzalez,Manuel Gonzalez,Everett Gonzalez,Frank Gonzalez and Herman
Gonzalez.
THIRD:I nominate and appoint my daughter and son,Josephine A.Rodriguez and
Joseph Gonzalez,as the co-executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
