I,Alice E.Hott of the Borough of Charleroi,Co~ty of Was~ington,
Commonwealth of Pennsylcania,do hereby publish and de~~are this to
be my last will and testament,revoking any previous wills of date
or signature.
First:- I hereby direct that all my funeral expenses and other ~ust
debts be paid in full.
Second:- I hereby give to my Daughter,Florence B.Hott,all of the
household furniture to do with as she wishes.
Third:-The blance of my estate,both real and personal,to be
divided as follows:
l/S to John Earl Hott of Charleroi,Pa.
l/S to Pearle S.oruan of Charleroi,Pa.
l/S to Maude Silbaugh of Charleroi~Pa
lis to Frances Hott Herget of Washington,.c.
lis to Florence B.Hott of Charleroi,Pa.
lis to Grance S.Clyde of Canonsburg,Pa.
l}S to Edna Hott Frye of Bentleyville,Pa.
l/S to my grandchildren,children of my son,Geo~ge H.Hott,
namely,George H.Hott,Jr.,and Alice Stoler Hott.Said amount
whatever it my be to be paid to my Son,George H.Hott,as
guardian of his children above named,without bond being required
therefor.My Son,George H.Hott has full knowledge of why this
provision is made.
Fourth:I hereby appoint my sons,John E.Hott and George H.Hott or
the survivor as Executors of thisny last will and testament,and further
I order and direct that my property,both real,personal and mixed,
to be converted into money as soon as can conveniently be done after my
decease;and for that purpose I do hereby authorize and empower my said
Execotors above named to sell,assign,traBsfer and dispose of all my
said real estate,either by public or private sale,for the best price
that can be obtained,and proper deed or conveyances made,the same
to be duly executed and acknowledged in order to perfect and cavey,
and issue the same to the purchaser or purchasers in fee simple.
Fifth:In the event that"any of the children named in paragraPh Third,
should precede me in daath,the share no~given to them,is to be
divided among my surviVing children.
