of the Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do
make this,my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking in full
any and all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to
pay all debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder,whether
real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature or description,
and wheresoever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath to my
grand-children,VALERIE CONTRERAS,ALBERT F.GRANT,JR.,and
CHRISTINE BOYCE,in equal shares absolutely forever.
THIRD:I appoint and name my grand-daughter,CHRISTTIE
BOYCE,to be Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.
FOURTH:It is my expressed desire and request that
my Executrix,whenever she may need legal advice and assistance
in the settlement of my estate,shall consult and employ PAUL
M.PETRO,ESQ.of Donora,Pennsylvania,he having an intimate
knowledge of my affairs and of my views and wishes in many
matters that may arise in the settlement of my estate.
