LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,Vasil Hlivka,of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to
be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking
any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:-I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fUlly
paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECONB:-I do hereby authoriz~J.J.Norton to have full and complete
charge of the funeral arra~ements and everything connected therewith.
THIRD:-I do hereby will and bequeath unto~St.Michael Greek
Catholic Clmrch of Donora,Pa.,$100.00;to Holy Name of Mary Church of Donora,
Pa.,$50.00;to St.Domenic Slovak Church of Donora,Pa.,50.00;and $100.00
to Helen Fedornak,of Pittsburg,Pa.
FOURTH:- I do hereby give my executor hereinafter named the full
authority to sell my property located at No.1111 Gilmore Avenue,Donora,Pa.,
to sign the necessary deeds or papers of oqy nature in order to complete said
sale,also to sell en dispose of any personal property or effects wheresoever
:FQund.
FIFTH:-If any proceeds should remain after the paYIJlent of the funeral
expenses and the within bequests,then the said amount so remaining is to be
diVided equally amongst the following priests;Rev.George Chegin,Rev.Joseph
KuShner,Rev.Henry Rad~anski and Rev.Sadauskas,of Donora,Penna.,to have
masses said for the repose of the soul.of said Vasil Hlivka.
Sixth:-I do hereby nominate and appoint J.~.Norton as my sole
executor of this my last will and testament~without Bond.

hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,the 17th day of February in the
year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight (A.D.1938).
