I,EVA GEZZER,single,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment,in the manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will or
Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses,including my gravemarker,if I have not already purchased
one before my death,shall be paid from my residuary estate,as
soon as practicable after my decease,as pa=t of the expense of
the administration of my estate.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate,whatsoever in nature,and
wheresoever situate at the time of my death,to my beloved brother,
ALEXANDER GEZZSR,and to my beloved nephew,KILLIAM G.GEZZER,as
joint tenants with the right of survivorship,and not as tenants
ln common.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
Residing at
nephew,WILLIAM G.GEZZER,as Executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament,and I direct that he be permitted tJ serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
