(b)Upon my son William Collier Baldwin arriving at the age of thirty-five years,the corpus of the said trust •• fund shall be paid over to him. •• (c)In the event that my son William Collier Baldwin dies before arriving at the age of thirty-five years, and leaves lawful issue him surviving,I direct that the trust hereinabove created shall continue until such time as the youngest surviving child of my son William Collier Baldwin shall have arrived at the age of twenty-one years,and the corpus then distributed among such lawful issue of my son William Oollier Baldwin and that during the period.between the death of my said son and the arriving at the age of twenty-one years of his youngest surviving child,the interest and income on the said trust fund shall be distributed equally among his said surviving children. 3.In the event that my son William Collier Baldwin should die before arriving at the age of thirty-five years,without leaving lawful issue him surviving,then and in that event I direct that the 60rpus of the trust fund hereinabove created,or the residue thereof after the payments on distribu- tion made to my said son as hereinabove directed,shall be dis- tributed as follows: (a)To the Washington Hospital,Washington,Pa. the sum of Ten Thousand (10,000.00)Dollars; (b)To Citizens National Bank of Washington,Pa. the 8Um of One Thousand ($1000.00)Dollars in trust,that it shall invest and reinvest the same and apply the net income realized thereon,from time to time,for the upkeep of the lams-Elliott lot in the Cemetery of the Methodist Protestant Church of Amity, Pa.,and for the upkeep and repair of any monuments erected or to be erected thereon.In the event that the income received therefrom shall be more than is necessary in the absolute discre- tion of my said Trustee for the purpose hereinbefore stated,such • excess income shall be turned over to the said Methodist Protestant tn.J rc .Church of Amity,Pa.,for the use of the Congregation. (e)To Adrian College,located at Adrian,Michigan, the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00)Dollars,to be used for the establishment of four scholarships in said Adrian College for the use of deserving students,and to be known as Franklin F.lams and Mary Ellen Bane lams scholarships. (f)To my nephew William lams of Washington, Pennsylvania,one-half (1/2)of the remainder of said trust fund. (g)The remaining one-half (1/2)of the residue of said trust fund shall be held in trust by the Citizens National Bank of WaShington,Pa.,and invested as is hereinabove prOVided, in such investments as my said Trustee deems adVisable,and the income thereon paid to my nephew Henry Franklin lams,for and during the term of his natural life,and at his death,distributed to William J.lams,if he be liVing at that time,or in the event of his death,to the lawful issue of the said William J.lams.
