FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as possible after my decease by my Executors,nereinafter named. SECOND.All the rest and residue of my estate,real, personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeatn the same unto my tnree sons,Francis LeM.Hood,Henry H.Hood and L.Val Hood, share and share ali e. THIRD.It is my will,however,and I hereby direct that the share or interest of my son,Francis LeM.Hood,shall be held in trust by my Executors as Testamentary Trustees for the use and benefit of my said son,said Trustees to pay to him the net income therefrom for and during the term of his natural life,and so that the said income,as well as the corpus or principal of said trust, shall not in any way be subject or liable to or for his debts, liabilities,creditors,assignments,pledges,contracts,transfers or anticipations,or to attachment or execution,and at or on the decease of my said son,Francis LeM.Hood,the said corpus or prin- cipal of said trust shall pass to his children,meaning issue,and in case my said son should not leave issue to survive him,then his share shall go to my two sons,Henry H.Hood and L.Val Hood,share and share alike. Should,however,the income not prove sufficient for the comfortable support and maintenance of my said son Francis LeM. Hood,the said Trustees may in their discretion turn over to him or use for his benefit so much of the principal or corpus as may be necessary to provide for his comfortable support and maintenance. FOURTH.It is my will and I hereby authorize and em- pO\ler enry H.Hood and L.Val Hood,or the survivor of them,as Tr stees for my said son,Francis LeM.Hood,to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers thereof good and sufficient deed or deeds for the interest of my said son,Francis LeM.Hood, in any real estate of which I may die seized,the proceeds thereof to be held in trust as aforesaid.
