LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
1,LIZZIE HERRIOTT,of R.D.I 4 MCDonald,b~.Pleasant Twp.,Washington County,Pennsylvania
being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this,~last will and
testament,hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1st.I direct that ~body be decently int r~ed and that ~funeral be conducted in a manner
corresponding with my estate and situation in life.
2nd.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be tully paid and satisfied by
~Executor hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
3rd.I direct that all my estate both real,personal and otherwise that I may have at the
time of ~decease by given to my sister Ida Herriott to be used by her during her lite
time,and at her death I give,devise and bequeath to Roy tierriott,of R.D.I 4 l~Donald,
Mt.Pleasant Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,all my property both real,personal
or otherwise,his heirs and assigns foreever with the exception that one set of China Dishes
De given to Helen Hickman of Sistersville,W.,Va.at the time of my sisters decea~et and
it is my wish that ~brother Walter Herriott shall have the use of the farm which I now
live on during his life time with the exception of the hOQse,yard aoount the house,garden
ahd garage of the house in which I reside to be for the use of Roy Herriott,with the
understanding that ,ralter Herriott shall pay all taxes,keeps fire insurance on all the
buildings on the farm large enough~to cover their value,keep all buildings in good repair
heandthefarmingoodcondition,and also live on the tarm,and shouldAdie or move off the
paidplace,or fail to keep insurahce~as aforesaid and taxes paid the property shall immediately
oecoma the property withoQt reservations of said Roy Herriott,his heirs or assigns forever.
And lastly.I nereby constitute and appoint Roy Herriott as my Exeoutor of this my last will
and testament.
In witness whereof,I,Lizzie Herriott,the testatrix,have to this my last will and testa-
ment written on one sheet of paper,set my hand and seal,this 21 day of May'.D.1935
