LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
JOHN GEMMELL
I,JOHN GEMMELL,of the City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament hereby revok-
ing any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved sister,
GRACE CARSON,absolutely and forever.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved sister,
GRACE CARSON,as the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 1st day of October,1974,to this my Last Will and Testament.
