ing of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding but
aware of the uncertainties of life,do make,publish and declare
this my last will and testament in manner and form following.
Flrst.I direct the payment of my juat debts and funeral
expense •
second.All of my property both real,personal and mixed
of every kind and escrip.tion and wheresoever situated,I give,
devise and bequeath to my son .ElUsse'll Beall,of eston,~st
Virginia,his heirs,executors,dministrators and assigns.
third.appoint my said son RUssell Heall the sole exe-
cutor of this my ill.
Fourth.I hereby revoke all other wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
