Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understaro.ing do
make and publish this my last will and testament,as hereby,re-
voking and making void all former wills,by me at any time here-
tofore made.
I It is my will,and I,do order that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be duly paid,and satisfied as soon as con-
veniently can be after my decease.
II I hereby direct that my real estate in Cecil Townshi ,
Washington Co:Pennia.and in Jackson County,Washington District,
West Virginia,be sold at whatever time and whatever price seems
best to my executors hereinafter named.and the proceeds therefro
to be divided among my borthers and sisters hereinafter named.

late of Freeport Township in the county of Greene,deceased,who,
being duly sworn according to law,depose and say that they were
personally present and saw and heard the said testator sign,seal,

his last Will and Testament,and that they signed their names as
