LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,GLADYS PEARL GRANDY,of Fallowfield Township,County
of Washington and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
disposing memory,do make,publish and declare this to be my last
will and testament,in form and manner following:
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and my
funeral expenses shall be paid in full as soon as may conveniently _
be done,after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of the rest
and residue of my estate,of whatever kind and nature and where-
ver situate at the time of my decease to my beloved husband,
CHARLES GRANDY,absolutely,and to his heirs and assigns forever,
if he shall survive me;but,if my wife shall pre-decease me,ot
if we both shall die as the result of a common accident,then,
and in either event,I give,devise and bequeath all of my said
residuary estate,be it real,personal or mixed,or wherever
situate,to my two daughters in equal portions,share and share
alike,and to their heirs and assigns forever.The names ofmy
daughters being as follows;INEZ GRANDY PENDO and PEARL GRANDY
DE GASPERI.
THIRD:I hereby confer upon my executors,hereinafter
named,pmwer to sell and convey in fee simple,or for a lesser
estate,any part or all of my real estate,at public or private sa e,
at such times and upon such conditions as my executors shall consi er
proper and to acknowledge and deliver deeds of conveyances or
transfers therefore.
FOURTH:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my husband,CHARLES GRANDY,executor of this my last will and
testament;if he shall survive me;but,if my husband shall
pre-decease me,or if we shall both die as the resukt of a common
accident,then,

titute and appoint my daughters INEZ GRANDY PENDO and PEARL GRANDY
DE GASPERI,as co-executrix's of this my last will and testament
and I further direct that no bond or other undertaking shall be
de,anded or required of either of them.
