Enclosed please find Copy of Will executed by
my late husband,S;F.Campbell,of whose estate I am the
duly qualified executrix,as per balance of enclosure.
In order that the bequest to our son Clark Campbell may
become legal,I understand that the enclosed papers are
to be recorded in your COQuty,which will automatically
give him title to the tract of land mentioned in said
will.
Kindly retain the papers and mail 'a bill for recording
fee to me at once.Upon receipt of same will forward the
necessary fee and you can proceed with the recordation of
said papers.
Thanking you for an early reply,a s I-am quite anxious to

This day came Mrs.Anna K.Campbell,a resident of Weirton,Hancock
County,West Virginia,and upon her solemn oath says that S.F.Camybell_
also a resident of Weirton,Hancock County,West Virginia,died on the 26th
day of December,1934,and at the same time presented to the Clerk of
the County Court,a paper wTiting,purporting to be the Last Will and
Testament of S.F.Campbell,deceased.
And at the same t~me came C.D.Arnold and Katie B.Ar.nold,the two sub-
scribing witnesses to said paper writing,purporting to be the Last Will
and Testament of S.F.Campbell,deceased;and upon their solemn oaths say
that they signed the said paper writing at the reguest of S.F.Campbell,
the Testator,signing the,same at his request,in his presence and in the
presence of each other,and that they heard him declare the same to be
his Last Will and Testament,and that they considered hillm to be of sound
mind and disposing memory to the best of their knowledge and belief.
And it appearing from said testimonies that said paper writing was fully
proven to be th4 true Last Will and Testament of the said S.F.Campbell,
deceased,it is hereby ordered to be proJ't)'ateGl'as 'such:a
And it appearing that Anna K.Campbell is named as Executrix in said Will,
whereupon came the said Anna K.Campbell and qualified as such,no bond'
being required of her for acting in such capacity.
And the saidAnna K.Campbell,after being duly sworn according to law,
took upon herself the oath as such Executrix,as required by law.
The settlement of said estate is referred to Frank L.BradleY,Com-
missioner of Accounts.
Thereupon,the Clerk,after careful consideration of all of such matters,
doth admit said paper to probate and record as and for the true last
will and testament of S.F.Campbell,deceased.

I,S.F.Campbell,being of sound mind,do make disposition of
my property,as follows:
Item 1st:To my wife,Anna K.~ampbell my house &lot situate
in Weirton,known as No.88 Ferguson Addition with life insurance
which has already been,made payable to her.
Item 2nd:To my son,J.C.Campbell,my farm situate in Wash-
ington County,Pa.,with all the appurtenance~,tools,machinery,
stocks or any valuables I may be possessed of.
Item 3rd:To my grandson Warren Campbell my gold wach
and violin.
Item 4th:My wife Anna K.Camp~ell to be Executrix to
serve without bond.
Signed and witnessed this 20th day of July,l93l.
