I,William F.Borchers of East W~shington Borough,
ashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,pUblish and decl~re the following
to oe my last will and testament,hereby revoking ~nd making void
all former wills by me heretofore made:
First:-I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid by my execl1tora hereinafter named aa soon as
conveniently may De ~fter my decease.
Second:-All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto
my beloved wife,Minnie M.Borchers.
Third:-In case the said Minnie •Borchers does not
survive me,then in that event I direct th~t the sa~d rest,residue

into three (3)equal parts,the one-third of ~lich I lve,devlse
and bequeath unto my daughter,Christine Borchers walsh;another
one-third thereot·I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,
arie Borchers achesney;the remaining one-third I give,deVise
and beque~th unto the Washington Trust Company of Washington,pa.,
to be held by it in trust,ena for that purpose I do hereby appoint
the said Washington Trust Company trustee with full power to inv st,
control and manage the same;and in th1s connection I do hereby
authorize,direct and empower the said trustee to sell at private
or public sale any real estate coming into its hands as trustee,
with fu~l power to make,execute and deliver deeds for the samef
and to pay the income derived therefrom semi annually unto my son,
William F.Borchers until he arrives at the age of thirty (30)
years,at which time said trustee shall pay unto my said son,
William F.Borchers,the full amount coming into its hends together
with all accrued income remaining in ita hands,at which time said
trust sha]l terminate.
It is my will that the income and principal of said
trust fund shall,during the continuance of the same,be free,

clear and discharged 01',and not be liable for any debts,contracts
~1ab1lities or alienations entered into by my son,W1lliam F.Bor-
chers,and 8iso be free and discharged of all levies,attachments
and executions against the same.
Lastly.I do hereby mSKe,constitute and appoint W.E.
'Salsh and Glen N.Machesney to be the executors 01-this my 1 st
~ill and testament.
