I,JESSIE B.GRACEY,a resident of the City of
Washington,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and inheri-
tance tax be paid as soon as convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,
real,personal and mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate,
and any estate I may have the right to dispose of at the time
of my decease;unto Betty Lou Allison and Mary D.Scott,share
and share alike.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint Betty
Lou Allison to be the Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.
