ORDER D...TTING ILL TO PROBATE.
The petition of Inez T.Hodgens heretofore filed herein,
praying for the admission to probate of the Last lill and
Testament of Thomas M.Hodgens,deceased,and that Letters
Testamentary be issued to said petitioner coming on regularly
this day to be heard,and the matter having been submitted
for decision,and it aT'pearing to the court that Thomas H.Hodgens
'died on or about the 12th day of Earch,1929,in the city of
New York,New York,and at the time of his death was a resident
of 1adison County,~ontana,and left estate therein consisting
of real and personal property,and that said decedent left a
will bearing date the vi day of June,1926,which as duly
signed,published and declared by said testator in the presence
of two subscribing 'If!itnesses,Patrick lJulroney and ~ndrew
Veales,and that at said time said testator was of the age of
54 years and was of sound and disposing mind and memory,and
said will having been duly proved as required by law,
IT IS ORDERED,That the said will be admitted to probate,
and that Letters Testamentary issue thereon to said petitioner,
Inez T.Hodgens,without giving bond as provided in said will,
but upon taking the oath required by law.
Done in open court this 21st day of June,1929.
