I,SAMUEL GINSBURG,of the City of Washington,Washington
Icounty,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and
all other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.All of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may own or have
Ithe right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise
and bequeath absolutely unto my wife,ALICE GINSBURG,providing
only she is living thirty days after my death.
2.In the event my wife is not living thirty days after
my death,I then give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,real
I and personal aforesaid,share and share alike,unto my two chil-
dren,GERALD D.GAINS and SHIRLEY G.STEINBERG.
3.I hereby appoint as Executrix,my wife,ALICE
GINSBURG,but if she is unable to act,I then appoint as Executors
my said two children,GERALD D.GAINS and SHIRLEY G.STEINBERG,
and direct that they shall not be required to enter Bond or secur-
ity in any jurisdiction for any purpose.
