This matter came on this day further to be
heard,on the application of Myrtle Carson to admit to probate an
record the Will of John W.Carson deceased,late of the Tovmship
of East Union in Wayne County,heretofore filed in this 00L~t.

It is now shown to the sat;isfac'tion of the Court that said decede t
died leaving Myrtle Carson surviving spouse and that the
spouse and all ,·th~next o'f kin of said de.cedent known to
of the State have been duly served with notice of the filing of
said Will and of the application to admit it to probate and recor
in this Vourt,pursuant to a former order of this Gourt ,or have
waived notice and given consent to the probate of said Will.And
W.F.Kean and Park S.Austen,subscribing witnesses to said Will
having appeared in open Court and having been duly sworn,testifi d
respectively to the due execution and attestation of said Will;
and also came J.Ross Jameson who being first duly sworn testifie
as to the mental condition of John W.Carson,Which testimony
was reduced to writing,was subscribed by them respectively,and
was filed with said Will.~hereupon the Court finds that the
aforesaid instrument of writing is the last Will and Testament
of said John W.Carson deceased;that it was duly executed and
attested;and that the said testator at the time of signing said
