FIRST:I direct that my just debts be promptly paid ana that my beloved wife,Mary Giacoma Gossie,pay my funeral ex- penses out of the Life Insurance on my life,she being the benefi- ciary in the policies. SECOND:My Crest Avenue property is in the name of my- self and my said wife and it will therefore pass to her absolutely upon my decease.
