aB follows,
First,I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be first paid,
Secend,after the payment of my debts as afcresaid,I devise
and bequeath all th~remainder of my property,both real and
persenal and wherever situated tc my wife,Clara Bedillicn,to
be held by her during the term of her natural life,
Third,upon the death of my said wife I devise and be ueath
all of my said property to my children who shall be liVing at the
time of the d~ath of my wife,to be dividJ·i between them eaqually
share and ahare alike,and if any of my children shall be dead at
such time leaVing issue than living such i3sue shall take the
