WILL OF MARY GEARY,
also known as MARY GYURE
I,Mary Geary,also known as Mary Gyure,widow,of the
City of Monongahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,having full
legal capacity in the premises,do hereby make this my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills
by me at any time heretofore made,in manner and form as follows:
1.I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts,funeral expenses,and the expenses of the
administration of my estate as soon after my decease as may be
proper and expedient.
2.All the rest and residue of my estate,both real
and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I may die
seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled at the time of
my decease,and remaining after the payment of the several items
set forth in the preceding paragraph hereof,I will,devise,and
bequeath unto my daughter,Elsie G.Renk,in fee simple and
absolutely;provided,however,that my daughter,Irene Geary,
shall have the right to occupy any real estate of which I may die
seized,together with my said daughter,Elsie G.Renk,for and
during the term of the natural life of the said Irene Geary.
3.I hereby appoint my daughter,Elsie G.Renk,to be
the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MARY GEARY,also known as MARY
GYURE,the Testatrix,have hereunto set my hand and seal this
thirtieth day of April,in the year of our Lord,one thousand
nine hundred and sixty-six.
