ment,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my '8xecutor,hereinafter named,to pay all my just
'debts,funeral.expenses and all inHeritance taxes.from the resi-
due of my e state as soon as convenient after my de cease.
2.I give,devise and beque.ath all my estate.real,personal and

proportions:Daniel Jack Gaida,one half thereof;Florida S.Gaida,
one fourth thereof;and Herman Gaida,one fourth thereof,to be
