I,William Bannister,Sr.,of the City of Washington,
county of Washington and State of Pennsylvania,do make,pUblish
and declare the following as and for my last will and testament:
First:I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as the same can be done wit~convenience in connection
with the settlement of my estate.
Second:I ~ive,devise and bequeath all of the estate and
property ~f which I may be the owner or possessor at the time of my
decease,~f whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate and whether real
or personal,unto my six children,Joseph Henry Bannister,illiam
Wray Bannister,Glenn Thomas Bannister,Guy Leo Bannister,Edna
Isabell Bannister O'Brien and Ethel Regina Bannister,they to have,
take and hold the same in equal portions,share and share alike,
absolutely and in fee simple.
.Third:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son Glenn
Thomas BannisteT and my daughter Ethel Regina Bannister to be the
executors ofmis will.
