I,Margaret Hand Smith,being of sound and disposing
mind,do hereby make,publish and declare this paper to be
my last will and testament and wish that all the matters
I hereinafter set forth be carried out by my executor here-
inafter mentioned,to the best of his ability and belief.
1.It is my wish and desire that all my funeral
expenses and all other just debts be paid as soon as
possible after my decease.
2.I hereby devise and bequeath all the rest of
my property,real,personal or mixed,wheresoever situated
and especially the real estate I &wn at ~Citronelle,Alabama
to my beleved son,Roy M.Smith who has during the past few
years supported and taken care of me.
3.I hereby appoint,nominate and declare my son
Roy M.Smith to be the executor of this my last will and
testament.
4.I have purposelJ omitted mentioning or leaVing
anything to my other son Walter C.Smith of Murphysboro,
Illinois for the reason that Roy M.Smith my son has
taken care of me during the last few years and during any
illness I hage encountered and I consider it fair and
proper that he receive my worldly assets.
