LAST WI LL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOHN DAVID GRIFFITH,JR.,of Peters Township,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and
memory do hereby make,publish and declare this my last will and
testament hereby revoking any prior wills or codicils by me made.
FIRST:I direct that my executrix hereinafter named pay
all of my just debts and expenses as soon after my death as may be
convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situat
to my wife,Clara F.Griffith.

THIRD:In the event that my wife Clara F.Griffith does
not survive me,or in the event that we perish in a common disaster
epidemic or calamity,I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,real,personal and mixed,unto my son,John Douglas Grif-
fith.
FOURTH:I nominate and appoint as guardian of the estate
of the said John Douglas Griffith during the term of his minority
Wendell C.Fike.
