I,Alex Hennen (Widower)of West Alexander,County of Washington and

State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First.I direct my Executor hereinafter named,shall pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses,as soon after my demise as may be convenient.
Second.I give and bequeath to my children,Namely:John Hennen,Martin
Hennen,Frank Hennen,Clark Hennen and Mrs.Clara Underwood,the following
described Real Estate.All that certain tracts of land situated in Donegal
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and more particularly bounded
and described as follows:to-wit:Beginning at a stone in the line of land
of Fred Funk,formerly Jennie Brownlee,and corner to lands of Elva Chambers
formerly F.W.Donalson,and thence running with the Chambers line North
10.50 East 30.84 rods to a point corner to lands of Alex Hennen,formerly
Retta Simms;thence with the Hennen line North 77 1/40 east 17.48 rods to
appoint at the public road;thence along said road Soutll 600 East 16 rods;
thence by the same South 73 0 East 10 rods;thence by the same South 41 3/40
East 11.80 rods;thence by the same South 25 0 East 14.90 rods;thence by
the same South 54 1/40 East 18.30 rods;thence leaving the said road,and
running South 32 1/40 West 13.51 rods to a point in the line of Fred Funk;
thence running with Funks line North 71 1/20 West 71.7 rods to a stone,
the place of beginning,and containing Twelve acres as surveyed by R.J.
McCleery,on the 16th day of November,1904
Also all th~t certain tract of land except the coal within and underlying
the same,situated in Donegal Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
bounded as follows to-wit:Beginning at a point corner to lands of F.W.
Donaldson and J.B.Chambers,thence by said Chambers line North 10 1/20
East 28.62 rods;thence by same North 820 East 9.11 rods to a point at
the upper side of the West Alexander and Waynesburg road;thence along
the line of said road South 62 1/20 East 25.64 rods;thence leaving the
said road,South 77 1/40 West 17.48 rods to the place of beginning,and
containing two acres and 24 perches as surveyed by R.J.McCleery
November 16,1904
Third.I give and bequeath to my above named children all my personal
property,wheresoever found share and share alike.

Fourth.I do hereby make constitute and appoint,without bond,Charles
E.Blayney of West Alexander,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to be the
executor of this my last will and testament.
