revoking any wili or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts ~l1d funeral expenses be fully paid and satisEed,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease,
SECOND.I direct my hereinafter named Executor to sell any
and all real e~tate of which I may die seized,at such times,
and at such prices,and on such terms,as my said Executor in
his sole discretion shall deem proper,and to make,execute and
