I,CHARLES G.GENNAULA,widower,
of the Borough of Charleroi'Oounty of Washington
and State of Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my son,JOSEPH A.GENNAULA,
of Alleghen:'COlnty,Pennsylvania,for the term of his natural life,a
one-half interest in my improved real property located at No.728 and
730 Fallowfield Avenue,Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and
upon his death I give,devise and bequeath said undivided one-half interest
to my son,CHARLES P.GENNAULA,of Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,for
his own proper use and benefit forever.
I give,devise and bequeath the remaining one-half interest in
the foregoing identified premises to my hereinbefore mentioned son,
CHARLES P.GENNAULA,for his own proper use and benefit forever.
The foregoing bequest of the two undivided one-half interests
in the foregoing described premises is SUbject to the following:
That my son,JOSEPH A.GENNAULA,collect the entire rents
from the subject premises and pay therefrom,the taxes,insurance premiums
and maintenance,and the net rentals remaining shall be divided equally
between him and my son,CHARLES P.GENNAULA.
THIRD:In the event my son,CHARLES P.GENNAULA,is not living
at the time of m}death,then the interest intended to be left to him
in the aforesaid property located at No.728 and 730 Fallowfield Avenue,
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,shall be and same is hereby
given,devised and bequeathed to the children of my son,CHARLES P.GENNAULA.
FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I
give,devise and bequeath the same to my son,CHARLES P.GENNAULA,
hereinbefore mentioned,and if he is not living at the time of my
death,then'to'hisch~ldr-en,for -the 'proper u~e and benefit of the
ones to be entitled thereto under this paragraph.
