FIRST:I hereby direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executor,hereinafter named,as soon as may be conveniently done after my decease. SECOND:I give and bequeath to the Citizens Trust Com- pany,at Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,the sum of One thousand Dol- lars ($1,000.00)in trust for the Venice United Presbyterian Church,at Venice,Washington County,Pennsylvania,the same to be invested by the Trustee and the income therefrom to be paid to the said Church annually and to be applied to such purposes as the said Church may direct. THIRD:I give and bequeath to my nephew,William Hagen, the sum of Five hundred Dollars (~500.00). FOURTH:I give and bequeath to my grandniece,Alice Jane ,McClelland,the sum of Five hundred Dollars ($500.00). FIFTH:I direct that the three foregoing legacies shal be paid to the legatees without any deduction for or on account of transfer tax charged by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. SEVENTH:To:my niece,Alberta Clark,of the City of Pittsburgh,I release a note which I hold,made by her and her husband to me,for about Twenty-five hundred Dollars ($2500.00), which,together with any unpaid interest thereon,shall be in full of all she shall receive out of my estate. EIGHTH:I direct that any real estate I may have at the ti e of my death,wheresoever the same may be situated,shall be sold and the proceeds thereof sha~l form part of my residuary estate,and to that end I direct my executor,hereinafter named, to sell the same for such price or prices and on such terms as he thinks best and to take bonds and mortgages for such portion of the purchase money as he thinks to the best interests of my estate I further direct that said bonds and mortgages so taken shall form part of my residuary estate and be distributed to my residuary legatees in the proportions I have bequeathed my residuary estate as aforesaid.
