I,FREDONA CLELAND,of Buffalo Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,do make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will
and Testament,heraby revoking and making void all former wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient to do so after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my nephew,
James Cleland,One Hundred ($100.00)Dollars to be paid to him
within one year from my death.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,and wherever situated,I give,
devise and bequeath to my beloved sister,nna Cleland Hess,for
and during the term of her life,and after her death I give,
devise and bequeath the same to the sons and daughters of my
deceased sisters,namely,John McNulty,Cleland McNulty,Samuel
MCNulty,Miller McNulty,Margaret Willison,Lou 3tewart,Amanda
snyder,Flora Campbell and Luola White,share and share alike.
FaJRTH:As to the furniture,furnishings and heirlooms
in and about our home,I give to my sister the power of appoint-
ment to designate to which ones of the sons and daughters of my
deceased sisters those several articles shall go,except that it
is my desire that the old clock shall go to my brother,3amue 1
