Village of Millsboro,East Bethlehem Township,Washington County,
pennsylvania,declare this to be my last Will and revoke any other
will previously made by me.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the entire
my estate,both real and personal,of any nature whatso-
daughter,MARY GRACE,absolutely and in fee simple.

FIRST:I direct that my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as
after my decease.Ipractical

THIRD:I hereby authorize and empower my personal
representative to sell and dispose of any of the assets including real
property to effectuate the purposes of this will and that she shall
do so without prior petition to Court or posting a bond therefore.
FOURTH:I authorize and empower my personal
representative to serve without the posting of bond and that if any
rule or law require a bond to be posted that no sureties be required
thereon in the administration of this estate.
