I,ELIZA JANE HAGAN,of Washington,County of Washington,
and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and under-
standing,do make and publish this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST.I will that my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid by my Executor as soon as conveniently may be done after my
death.
SECOND.I give and bequeath to my daughter,Gertrude
Edwards,the sum of One Dollar ($1.00).
THIRD.I give and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,to William Joseph
IcCune and Robert McCune,Jr.,each to have the one-half thereof.
LASTLY,I do hereby make,constitute and appoint William
Joseph McCune,of Washington,Pa.,to be Executor of this my last
will and testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,Eliza Jane Hagan,the testatrix
above named,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal,
this nineteenth (19th)day of June,A.D.1936.
