SECCND:-I hereby revoke the bequest in item 'TENTH",vrhere-
in I bequeathed to Caroline Mc Gregor,the sum of ?400.00.
THIRi):-I hereby revoke the bequest in item "SEC lID"of
the Second Codicil to my will,wherein I bequeathed to Hargaret M.
Dunlop the sum of ~~l,000.00.
FCURTH:-I hereby give and bequeath to my grandchild,

bequests which I have made in her favor in my will and previous

I,ANNA L.BEBOUT,of Monongahela City,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,hereby make and pUblish this my last
will and testament,hereby revoking all wills by me hereto-
fore made.
FIRST:-I direct that all my just debts and fUneral
expenses shall be paid by my Executors as soon as convenient-
ly may be done after my decease.
SECOND:-I give and bequeath to my sister,Sarah E.
Hyde,absolutely,the sum of Three Thousand (3000)Dollars,
and also the mirror in the parlor at my homestead in Mononga-
hela City,and all my wearing apparel and clothing,and,in
the event of the death of Sarah E.Hyde prior to my death,
then I give and bequeath the said sum of Three Thousand (3000)
•Dollars to her husband,E.F.Hyde,provided he shall be liV-
ing at the time of my death.
THIRD:-I give and bequeath to my brother,Harmon H.
Rainey,absolutely,the sum of Three Thousand (3000)Dollars.
FOURTH:-I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Rainey,wife
of James H.Rainey,absolutely,all my silverware and the hall
rack at my homestead in Monongahela City.
FIFTH:-I give and bequeath to the Fairview Presby-
terian Church,of Muntown,Nottingham Township,Vashington
County,pa.,the sum of One Thousand (1000)Dollars,the
same to be paid by my Executors to its Trustees,ann to be by
them invested in interest bearing securities,and re-invested
from time "to time,and the interest arising therefrom to be
used as it shall accrue for the purpose of defraying the salary
of the pastor at the said church.
SIXTH:-I give and bequeath to the Young Men's
Christian Association,of Monongahela City,¥ashington County,

Pa.,the sum of Five Hundred (500)Dollars,the same to be
paid to its Trustees and by them to be invested in interest
bearing securities,and re-invested from time to time and
the income 'derived therefrom to be used in defraying the
expenses of the said Association.
SEVENTH:-I give and bequeath to the corporation
commonly known as the First Presbyterian Church of ononga-
hela City,at Monongahela City,asl1ington County,pa.,the
sum of One Thousand (1000)Dollars,the same to be payable to
its Trustees,and by the said Church,or its Trustees,to be
invested in interest bearing securities and re-invested from
time to time,and the income derived therefrom to be paid
annually,in equal amounts,to the local Home issionary So-
ciety and the local Foreign Missionary Society of said church.
EIGHTH:-I give and devise to Elmer E.Bebout and
Jennie Bebout,his wife,or the survivor of them at the time
of my death,absolutely,the sum of Five Hundred (500)Dollaxs.
NINTH:-I ive and devise to my three grandchildren,
viz:-Ada P.Hall,ary !ason and Allie Covert,the sum of
Five Hundred (500)Dollars,to be equally divided amon'them,
or in the event of the death of anyone or more of them prior
to tIle time of my death,to'o to the survivor or survivors
in equal shares.
TENTH:-I give and bequeath unto my neighbor,Caro-
line McGregor,absolutely,the sum of Four Hundred (400)Dol-
lars.
ELEVENTH:-I give and bequeath all my china dishes
to my neices,Nann1e McGregor,Elizabeth McGregor and Nora
,cGregor,or the survivor of them.
T VELFTH:-I give and bequeath to my niece,Anna Retta

Rainey,my gold watch and chain.
THIRTEENTH:-All household fUrniture which I received
from my late husbffild,Ira Bebout,consisting of one orris
chair,one mirror in setting room,one table in parlor,one
parlor suite of upholstered furniture,and all pictures of
Ira Bebout,his family and its connections,I give and be-
queath to my Executors,hereinafter nmned,and direct them to
distribute the same among the direct descendants of Ira Bebout
in such manner and in such proportions as they shall deem just
and equitable,the discretion of my said Executors in making
such division to be absolute.
FOURTEENTH:-In the event I should have any real
estate,I hereby authorize and direct my Executors,herein-
after named,to sell and convey the same at such times,for
such prices and upon such terms,and either in whole or in
parts,as they shall deem most advantageous to my estate,
a d penning such sale to lease the same and collect and re-
ceive the rents,issues and profits therefrom,which,after
making paYment of necessary repairs,taxes and insurance,
shall pass into a d become a part of my estate;and for the
purposes of carrying out all sales authorized by this will,I
hereby authorize and direct my Executors to execute and de-
liver all such leases,deeds or other conveyances as they may
deem necessary or advantageous to my estate,as fully and
completely as I could have done had I been living.
FIFTEENTH:-Being mindful that a portion of my present
estate is the proceeds of the sale of coal devised to me by my
mother,and it always being my purpose to distribute sUbstan-
tially tIle equivalent to the children of my brother,Hhrmon H.
Rainey,and to the children of my sister,aria Jane !cGregor,

I therefore give and bequeath the sum of Twenty Thousand
(20000)Dollars,the one-half thereof to be divided between
James H.Rainey and Anna Retta Rainey,children of Harmon H.
Rainey,share and share alike,and the other one-half thereof
to be divided among Nannie cGregor,Nora McGregor,James
McGregor,Elizabeth McGregor and ~illiam McGregor,children
of my deceased sister,Maria Jane MCGregor,share and share
alike.In the event of the death of any of the above named
nephews and nieces,the distribution shall be controlled in
the same manner as I have set forth in the residuary clause
hereafter.
SIXTEENTH:-All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,of every kind and nature,and wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath unto my followi .nephews and
nieces,their heirs and assigns,absolutely,viz:-Nannie
cGregor,Nora McGregor,James McGregor,Elizabeth McGregor,
illiam McGregor,James H.Rainey and Anna Retta Rainey,in
equal shares of one-seventh each;and in the event of the
death prior to the date of my death of any nephew or niece,
without leaving issue living at the time of my death,the
share of such deceased nephew or niece shall go to his sur-
viving brothers and sisters,if any,in equal shares,and his
or her cousins shall not participate in the distribution of
such share so long as such deceased person shall leave a sur-
viving brother or sister.In the event any nephew or niece
shall die before such time,leaving no issue and no brother
or sister surviving,then such share shall go to the nephews
and nieces above named surviving,and the children of those
leaving issue living at that time,in equal shares,such
children to take the same share as their parent would have

taken had he or she beeh living.
SEVENTEENTH:-I hereby direct also that in the event
any person or persons being a beneficiary or beneficiaries
under the provisions of this will,or receiving any share of
my estate,shall contest the probate of this will,or shall
other ise interfere with the settlement and distribUtion of
my estate in accordance with the true intent and meaning of
this will,such person or persons shall receive no share of
my estate,but such share or shares shall pass into and be-
come a part of the residue of my estate and be distributed in
accordance with the provisions relating thereto,to and among
such persons as therein directed who do not do or participate
in any such forbidden acts.
EIGHTEENTH:-I hereby nominate and appoint James R.
McGregor,nf Monongahela City,washington County,pa.,and
James H.Rainey,of Nottinghron Township,ashington County,
Pa.,as the Executors of this my last will and testament.

WHEREAS,I,ANNA L.BEBOUT,having made and duly executed
my last will and testament,bearing date March 19th.,1918,and
also a codicil attached thereto,dated July 12th.,1918,and a
codicil thereto dated lay 18th.,1921,and desiring to make cer-
tain changes and additions thereto,I do hereby declare this
present writing to be as a third codicil to my last will and
testament,and do make and publish this third codicil as follows:-
1.It is my desire that there shall be no sale of any
household goods or articles in and about my dwelling house,and\
I hereby give and bequeath such articles as follows:-
A.To Retta Rainey,my niece,the mirror in the parlor
at my homestead,and also the following in my spare bed room,
to wit:-1 bed stead,feather bed,mattress,1 qUilt,dressing
case,chamber set and brass fender.
B.To Nora cGregor,my niece,the table in the sitting
room.
c.To Elizabeth 1 cGregor,my niece,my silver set in
the dining room,consisting of coffee pot,tea pot,sugar bowl,
cream pourer,spoon holder and butter dish.
D.To William McGregor,my nephew,the mother's plate
on th e mantel in the arlor.
E.To Nancy !.cGregor,my niece,the mother's rocking
chaO r.
F.To Mary P.McGregor,widow of James R.]cGregor,the
dishes in the dining room.
G.To Daisy McGregor,wife of William A.McGregor,the
side board.
H.To James Rainey,my nephew,the pictures of my father
and mother in the bed room.
I.To Elmer Bebout,the pictures of ra Bebout and my-
self in the parlor.
J.To Mrs.Belle Gibson,my father and mother's picture
in the small frame in the sitting room.

K.All other household goods and effects undisposed of
about my dwelling shall be divided by my Executors as nearly
equal as practicable,between the then living children of my
sister,Jennie ~cGregor,and my brother,Herman Rainey,and for
such purpose,I give and bequeath such additional goods and ef-
fects to my Executors.
