LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
••
I,ELLEN M.BELL,of the City of ashington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament.
FIRST.I request my Executrix hereinafter appointed to
pay all my just debts as soon as the same may be conveniently done.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
both real and personal,to Genevieve Beck,to be held in trust never-
theless,for the following purposes:
(a)To rent,handle and manage the real estate,and to
distribute the net income therefrom,one-third to the care and keep
of my Bon,Don Bell;one-third to my husband,Don M.Bell,and one-
third to become and belong to Genevieve Beck for her own individual
purposes.The said income to be distributed in the manner described
for and during the life time of my husband,Don M.Bell.
(b).At the death of my husband,Don M Bell,then I direct
the one-half of said income from said real estate shall go to the
care and keep of my said son,Don Bell,so ~ong as he may live,the
said undivided one-half of the said real estate to be so held in
trust for my said son,and the remaining undivided one-half of said
real estate to become and belong to my daughter,Genevieve Beck,to
be hers absolutely.If my said Trustee shall desire to make sale of
the said real estate,or any portion of the same,in accordance with
her own jUdgment,then she is directed to make sale of the same,and
the one-half of the net proceeds from said sale is to be invested to
the best advantage and the net income from said amount to be used
for the care and keep of my son,Don Bell,so long as he lives.Upon
the death of my son,Don Bell,the said undivided one-half of said
real estate,if it be not sold shall become and belong to my daughter,
Genevieve Beck,absolutely.If said real estate or any portion of

it has been sold,then the portion set aside for the benefit of my
son,Don Bell,for his use during his life time,shall then become
the property of my daughter,Genevieve Beck,absolutely.If Gene-
vieve Beck should die before my son,Don Bell,then upon his death
the said portion of the real estate or of the proceeds of the sale
from real estate shall become the property of the children of
Genevieve Beck living at the time of her death.
(c).I direct that if my son,Don Bell,should outlive
Genevieve Beck,then a Trustee shall be appointed by the Orphans
Court of Washington County,Pa.,to have charge of said fund.
THIRD.I direct that my husband shall have a home in the
property 1n which we now live so long as he lives,and that my
daughter~Genevieve Beck,shall also have the right of a home in
said property eo long as my said husband lives.
FOURTH.I give,devise and bequeath all the household
furnishings to my husband and to my daughter,Genevieve Beck,for
use in the house so long as they may desire the same.Upon the
I death of my husband,I direct that my daughter may select whatso-
ever she may need or desire to have from said household furnishings
and equipment,and the remaining to be sold and the net proceeds
be divided,and the one-h~lf thereof be added to the trust fund
herein created for the benefit of my 80n,Don Bell.
FIFTH.I do hereby authorize my T~~ctce,Genevieve Beck,
to handle my said real estate as though the same were her own prop~
erty,expending out of the income whatever may be needed for repairs
and upkeep,payment of taxes and insurance,and any other expense
connected thereWith,and upon the sale of said property to give a
Igood and sufficient deed therefor,with General warranty clause,the l
same as I could do if living.

SIXTH.I do hereby appoint Genevieve Beck to be Executrix
of this my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and seal
