LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,OLLIE M.HUGUS,of Fallowfield Township,Washington
County,and State of Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament,in manner and fom
following:-
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral
expenses and expenses incident to the administration of my estate,
be paid as soon after my decease as may conveniently be done out
of the first moneys available for that purpose.
SECOND:I direct that my body be interred in the
family lot in Maple Creek Cenetery beside the body of my husband,
Paul Hugus.
THIRD:I give and bequeath unto my son,JOHN E.
HUGUS,his indebtedness to me,consisting of two items,one for
Eighteen Hundred Dollars,and one for Seven Hundred
Eighty (j780.00)Dollars,without interest.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath unto my son,J~~S B.
HUGUS,his heirs and assigns,four (4)room house and four (4)
acres of land across from the home place and adjoining the Pump
Station,to front on the pUblic highway,beginning at the line of
Richard Erbe and extending toward the Pump Station a distance of
250 feet,then running back enough to make the four (4)acres.
FIFTH:All of the balanoe of the farm,including
furniture,jewelry,clothing,personal belongings,bric-a-brac,
fixtures,equipment,live stock,chickens and all farm implements
belonging thereto,I give,devise and bequeath unto my son,

ROBERT F.HUGU~,his heirs and assigns forever.
SIXTH:All of the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate,of
which I may die seized or possessed,or to which I may be entitled
at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto my
six 1§l sons,share and share alike,that is to say,one-sixth
(~)part thereof to each,their heirs and assigns forever,their
names being as follows:
