publi$h and declare this to be my La£t Will and'Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me,
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I direct that a marker be placed at my grave,1rt the
John D.Bakewell lot,(in the Bridgeport Cemetery )si~ilar to the
other markers on said lot ,and also tllat One hundred dolh:rs shall
be ~aid to the Bridgeport Cemetery Company,the interest of which
shall be used for the continued u~keep of sa.!d lot.
Third.All the rest,residue and remainder of my said estate,
remaining after the.provisions aforesaid,whether real or personal,
of Whatsoever nature and wheresoever Situate,!give,devisc,and
bequeath to my sister,Ellzabeth Bakewell,to have and to hole to her,
