I,CLARENCE GRIFFITH,of Fallowfield Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
hereby make,publish and deolare this to be my Last Will and Testa
ment,revoking any and all former Wills by me heretofore made,-
1st.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
promptly paid.
2nd.I give,devise and bequeath all of my property and
estate,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,to my belove
wife,Minnie Blanch Griffith,to have and to hold and enjoy the
same,moreover,during the term of her natural life,and upon her
deoease I give,grant and devise the same to the ohildren of my-
self and of my said wife,to wit:Meredith R.Griffith,Kenneth W
Griffith,Clinton W.Griffith,Rebecca I.Griffith,Shirley A.
Griffith,William R.Griffith,Glenda J.Griffith,and Joseph R.
Griffith.
3rd.I constitute and appoint my said wife,Minnie Blanch
Griffith,to be the Executrix of this Will and to be the Guardian
of the estates of my daughter,Rebecca I.Griffith,and any of the
other children above named who are minors at the time of my deceas •
4th.I expressly authorize my said wife,Minnie Blaneh
Griffith,as Executrix or as Guardian,or both,to sell any and all
of my real estate at public or private sale and to make,execute
and deliver proper lawful deeds'therefor.
5th.If my wife shall predecease me,I appoint my son,
Meredith R.Griffith,to be the Executor and Guardian instead of my
wife,with the same powers granted in Paragraph 4th.
