I,Henry Hathaway,of west Bethlehem Township,Washington County,I
and state of Pennsylvania,do make and pUblish this for my last I
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former \
Wills at anytime heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fUlly paid as soon as convenient after my death.
Second.As to all the rest residue and remainder of my proper
ty,real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever found,I
give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Pearl Ross,absolutely.
Lastly.I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,Pearl
Ross,executrix of this my last will and testament.
