I,Eva Mary Balmer,of Cross Creek Village,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make this my last will and testament,
hereby revoking and making null and void any and all former
wille by me at any time heretofore made,
First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my executor hereinafter mentioned as
Boon as may be conveniently done after my decease.
Second,I give and bequeath to Dr,urel P,Springer
of Tulsa,Oklahoma,the sum of Twelve thousand ($12,000.00)
Dollars,in trust,nevertheless,to invest the same and pay the
income arising therefrom to my husband ark T.Balmer during the
term of his natural life,and at his death to pay the principal
sum to my daughter Myrtle ay Mortmer and my eon Harold Thomas
~almer,in equal shares.
Third.All the residue and remainder of my estate of
Whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and
bequeath to my beloved husband ~ark T,Balmer,to him,his
heirs and assigns forever,
Fourth.I hereby nominate and appoint Mark T,Balmer
to be sole executo r 0 f this my la.s t Till and
tee tament,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I ha.ve hereunto set my hand and
seal,this day of September A.D.1921,
