wills made by me,do make,pUblish and declare the following as
and for my last will and testament:
First.I direct my executor,hereinafter named,to pay all
legal debts and claims against my estate.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,real and personal,of every kind and
