FIRST:I order and direct that my executors shall sell all of my real estate or property in the nature thereof,at public or private sale,in whole or in parts,at such times and on such times and on such terms as they shall deem for the best interest of my estate,and,in the meantime,maintain and protect the same and collect all proceeds therefrom.For this purpose, they are authorized to do all things necessary or desirable in the same manner as though I should do them. SECOND:It is my desire that my estate be distributed in eoual shares to my six children after distribution of my late wite,Ethel Gibson's estate lS taken into account. To accomplish this intent and purpose I direct my executors to first determine the shares that my three younger children,James C.Gibson,Elizabeth C.Stover and John F.
