LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,SABINA GIACOMEL,widow,of Burgettstown,R.D.2,
Cross Creek Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind and disposing memory,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form I
following,hereby revoking any Will or Wills heretofore made by m •
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease and that my funeral be conducted in a manner
corresponding with my estate and station in 1ife.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
real,personal and mixed,and wheresoever situate,I give,devise
and bequeath to my four children,namely,Angelo Giacomel,Jean
Giacomel Diewald,Louis Giacomel and Nancy Giacomel,and my one
grandchild,George Cline,their heirs and assigns forever,share
and share alike.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Angelo
Giacomel,Executor of my Last Will and Testament,and I direct
that my Executor shall not be required to give bond or security
in any jurisdiction in which he may act.I further authorize
my Executor that he may sell any of my property,real or persona4
at public or private sale and that any purchaser of such property
shall be bound to see or be liable for the application of the
proceeds of any such sale.
