(2)I give and bequeath to my son,Leroy A.Harris,the sum of five hundred (~,500.00)Dollars. (3)I give and bequeath to my daughter,Ethel Harris Craig,the sum of five hundred ('SOO.OO)Dollars,my piano,my qUilts and Whatever furniture she may seleot or desire from the tront room or parlor of my home. (4)I direct my executor,hereinafter named,to ereot a tombstone not e ceeding in ooat the sum of ~300.00 on the lot where I may •be bur ,oed and also a marker at my grave not exoeading in oost the sum of 75.00. (5)I give and bequeath to my two granddaughters,Eleanor Craig and Jean Craig al)my jewelry to be equally divided between them. (6)I give and devise the house and lot where I now reside at No. 220 Maple Avenue,ashington,Pa.to my husband,Alpha A.Harris, for and during the term of his natural life,and after th death of my eaid husband,I direct my exeoutor hereinafter named to sell the said house and lot of ground either at publio or private sal ,and I hereby authorize and empower my said exeoutor to make exeoute and deliver a good and euffiotent deed of oonveyanoe thereof to the purchaser or purchasers thereof,and I direot that th prooeeds of said sale hall be held by my exeoutor as trustee, whioh trustee shall invest said fund in good seourities and pay the income thereof semiannually to my son Leroy A.Harris and my daughter,Ethel Harri s Craig in equal shares,and upon t e death of either of them,then said trustee 1s to divide the 1/2 of the corpus of said fund equally among the children of the one who dies first,and upon the death of the other son or daughter surviving,the remaining 1/2 of the corpus of said fund is to be equally divided among his or her ohildren. (7)I give and bequeath all my household goods and furniture not heretofore disposed of to my husband Alpha A.Harris during his lifetime,this not to ino1ude the china dishes and silverware mentioned in the next paragraph. (8)I give and bequeath to my granddaughter,Eleanor Craig,the sum of five hundred (~500.00)Dollars and all my fine ohina dishes and all my silverware.The above legacy of 500.00 in the event of my death before she reaohes the age of 21 years to be used for her eduoation,if she so desires,even to the oomplete depletion of the same. (9)All the rest and residue of my estate,I give and bequeath in trust -to the Citizens National Bank of ashington,Pa.as trustee, the said Citizens National Bank to invest the same in good securi- ties and pay the net income thereof semi-anmla11y to my husband, Alpha A.Harris during his lifetime,and after his death to pay the inoome thereof semi-annually to my son Leroy A.Harris and my daughter,Ethel Harri s Craig,in equal shares,and upon the death of either of them,the said trustee is to pay the 1/2 of the oorpus of said fund to the children of the one that dies in equal shares,and upon the death of the other son or daughter surviving, the remaining 1/2 of the oorpus of said fund is to be equally divided among his or her ohildren. Lastly:I nominate,oonstitute and appoint the Citizens National Bank of ashington,Pennsylvania to be the exeoutor of this my last will and testament,as well as trustee of the funds and for the purposes above mentioned.
