LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,THOMAS F.GRIMM,of Mt.Pleasant Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understandin ,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament in manner and form following,hereby revoking and making
void,any and all will or wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and
wheresoever situate,one-half to my grandchildren,Robert Grimm
and Donald Grimm,the children of my deceased son,Eugene Grimm,
share and share alike,and one-half to my grandchildren,Betty
Grimm,Richard Grimm,Theodore Grimm and Donna Grimm,the children
of my deceased son,Harry Grimm,share and share alike.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate and appoint my daughter-

in-law,Dorothy Grimm,as Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,and to serve without bond.
