LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I
I,CATHERINE C.FILOSO,of the City of Washington,Washington j
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,do hereby make my Last
'~ill and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils
made by·me at anytime heretofore.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all my furniture,household
furnishings,automobile,dishes,glassware and all other personal
effects to my daughter,Margaret F.Veltri.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,including cash in any checking or savings
account",to my three children in equal proportions,being
~1argaret F.Veltri,Jenny M.Piccioni and Florence M.Malie.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Margaret F.Veltri,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
