FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed of whatsoever
!kind and nature and wheresoever situate of which I die seized or to

Iwhich I may in any way be entitled to my wife,Anna Gielata,provided
iIhowever,that in the event my said wife predeceases me or we are
killed in the same accident,then I give,devise and bequeath the
I aforesaid rest,residue and remainder of my estate in equal shares to
my children,Mary Fidora,Sophia Krupzig,Helen Craig,Bernice
Borkowski,and Joseph Gielata,their heirs and assigns.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint Sophia Krupzig
and Joseph Gielata,Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and
direct that they shall so serve without bond.
