LAST ILL AND TESTAMENT • I,TH01MS •BURKELLOW,of the City of Washington,ash- ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make and publish the following as and for my Last ViII Rnd Testament,hereby revoking all former ~ills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid by my Executor,hereinafter named,as soon as convenient after my decease. SECOND.To my grandson,Thomas Burkellow Miller,I give and bequeath my asonic Emblems and old coins. THIRD.All the rest and residue of my estate,real, personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath the same to the Washington Trust Company,of 1l1ashington,Pennsylvania,to have and to hold the sa~e in trust for the following uses and purposes:To manage, invest and reinvest the sa,e and turn over the net income received therefrom to my wife,Ada A.Burkellow,for and during her natural lifetime,my said wife also shall have the right to use all my household goods and furniture for and during her life,the same to be turned over to her by my said Trustee. FOURTH.t the death of my said wife,I give and be- queath to my daughter,Lillian Hootman,all my old china,glass ware,silver ware and dishes and the Edison.The remainder of my household goods and furniture shall be sold by Iny Trustee or divided between my two daughters,Lillian Hootman and vis riller. FIFTH.t the death of my said wife,it is my will and I hereby direct my said Trustee to pay the income from my estate to my daughters,vis 4iller and Lillian Hootman,share and share alike,for and during their respective lives.At the death of my said daughter,Avis ,.iller,it is my will and I hereby direct that one-half of the corpus of my said estate shall be turned over by my Trustee to her children,Thomas Burkellow iller and _~rgaret iller in the following shares:Thomas BurkelloVi ..iller three shares and argaret 1 iller one share.Should my said daughter, Lillian Hootman,die without leaving issue to survive her,then it is my will and I hereby direct that the one-half of my estate so held in trust for my said daughter,Lillian Hootman,shall be turned over at her death to the above named children of Avis :Iiller,the said Thomas 3urkellow Jiller to receive three shares and ~rargaret .iller one share. SIXTH.It is my will and I hereby authorize and empower my said Trustee to sell any and all real estate of which I may die seized,at such times and upon such terms and conditions as may to said Trustee seem to the best interest of my estate,and to make,execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers there- of good and sufficient Deed or Deeds for the same,and as the property at Nos.241-247 lest Chestnut Street,Washington,Penn- sylvania,is owned by Frank C.Lewis and myself as tenants in common,it is my will and I hereby direct that in case the said Frank C.Lewis survives me that he shall be given the first chance of purchasing my interest in said property.-------~ '.• SEVENTH.It is my will that my Trustee shall allow Frank C.Lewis to continue to use and occupy the room or rooms at Nos.241-247 Vest Chestnut Street,fashington,Pennsylvania, so long as he desires to use the same at a rental to be mutually agreed upon by the said Frank C.Lewis and my said Trustee.In case my said Trustee and the said Frank C.Lewis are unable at any time or times to agree upon a rental for said rooms,it is my will that the said rental shall be fixed by three dis-interested persons to be selected as follows:One by my said Trustee,one by the said Frank C.Lewis and the third by the two so selected.
