LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,WILLARD L.GILBERT,of the Borough of Canonsburg,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare
my Last Will and Testament,hereby reToking all testamentary
writings heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my Just debts,funeral

expenses and expenses of administering my estate to be paid by my
Executrix hereinafter named as soon after my decease as may be
practicable.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate unto my wife,Helen M.Gilbert,
but should my said wite predecease me or should we die in a
common disaster,then I give,devise and bequeath the said residue
of my estate unto my children,Willard L.Gilbert,Jr.,and
Judith Brinsfield,share and share alike.
FINALLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
Helen M.Gilbert,Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,
but should my wife predecease me,then I nominate,constitute and
appoint Willard L.Gilbert,Jr.,and Judith Brinsfield,Alternate
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament,and I further
request that they serve without bond,no matter what their
domicile at the time of my death.
